HOW TO GET YOUR ORDER   

As experienced retailers at heart, we want to offer you a shopping on-line service that compliments our very high retail standards.  The same standards that our in-store customers know and love.  With this in mind, we can offer you two methods of how to get the order you want.  Home Delivery and Select and Collect ... the choice is yours.

DELIVERIES

Home Delivery

At All-In-One we want you to receive a delivery method that has reliability and safe handling at its core. To deliver this we have chosen carefully our courier partners, Business Post.  Working together we continually monitor our delivery performance and look to improve wherever we can.  Your satisfaction with our selected partners is of the up most to us and your feedback on how we perform together is always welcome.  You can leave any feedback on a delivery performance by email to customerservices@allinone.co.uk

The standard delivery service is the next business day after we dispatch your order.  We always aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving it.  Our order dispatch personnel will send a confirmation email to you to inform you that your order is on its way and how you can track your order online.

Order Collection Service

'Select and Collect'

We also recognise that in today’s busy schedules, shopping online from home is of great convenience. Especially for local customers, we can offer the facility to Select and Collect your order yourself from our store.  By selecting the products online, our personnel can get the order ready for you to collect at a time that suits you, saving you time and money.

The standard time to have an order ready is usually in 24 hours.  However, we can often improve on this timescale by request.  If you would like your order sooner than 24 hours please contact us; customerservices@allinone.co.uk or by telephone on 01706 711711 to request an earlier service.  When your order is ready to collect you will receive an email to inform you it is available.

Our collection department is open 08:30-17:00 Mon-Sat 10:00-16:30 on Sundays.  Please note these are not the same as the store opening hours.
Collections can only be made outside of these hours by special request.  Please contact us on 01706 711711 or customerservices@allinone.co.uk if you need to make a collection outside these hours.

Which ever you choose, you can select your desired method at the time of placing your order.  It will also be confirmed after the checkout process and on your order confirmation email.

Special Delivery Items               

We take great care that the goods you order are received in the right condition. To ensure this some items we sell have special delivery and handling requirements. This may be due to their fragility or heavy weight, or both. Due to these handling requirements we offer a 2 person lift delivery service.

Customers in our local area can have orders with Special Delivery Items, delivered direct by our own transport fleet. (See delivery charges matrix below for local postcodes we deliver to). Customers outside our local area are offered a nationwide service by Tawny Logistics.

Tawny Logistics are our chosen partner for their superb flexibility in delivering items that require special handling. Customers having orders delivered by Tawny logistics will be contacted directly to arrange a convenient date and time for your delivery.

Receipt Of Products

Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but you won't incur additional delivery charges as a result.  If you order products from separate delivery bands you will only be charged the highest delivery cost.

Multiple Addressed Deliveries

If you'd like to have items sent to separate addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. Separate delivery charges will apply to each address.

Changes To Or Cancellation

Of An Existing Order

If you wish to change or cancel an order, contact Customer Services on 01706 711711 between 8:30 and 17:00 Mon-Sat, 10:00-16:00 Sunday or by email at customerservices@allinone.co.uk                                  Please have the order ID number and the date the order was placed to hand.  If your products have already been dispatched, please follow our returns procedure as per below.   

ON-LINE SALES RETURNS GUIDE &
PROCEDURE

As a valued customer of All-In-One Garden Centre Ltd we would like to assure you of the efforts we go to, to ensure we offer for sale only quality products.  We do of course recognise that sometimes we get things wrong and occasionally products we sell are not to the desired standard.  In such situations we are pleased to put right the wrong quickly and easily for you.

Returning Unwanted Items

Should you wish to return an order in full or in part, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided:-
  • A returns number has been issued from our customer services department.
  • It is in fully resalable condition (in its original and undamaged packaging).  If the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 30% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
  • Unwanted purchases of bulky items such as garden furniture & other large size goods. Please check the dimensions of the delivery address for access (including doors, corridors, stairs and corners) and the proposed location before ordering large pieces of furniture, or goods to ensure successful delivery, and to confirm that the product is the right size for your needs. Where large products are returned as unwanted, we reserve the right to make a charge of £75 to cover the collection cost.
  • Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 28 days).

Returning Damaged, Faulty or

Incorrectly Delivered Goods
We always try and ensure your goods reach you in the best condition. However, sometimes products are supplied faulty or damaged. In this instance we are happy to refund, replace or exchange the item you have bought.
  • Please note in these instances we will offer a refund of the delivery charge and arrange collection via a courier free of charge.
  • If you wish to have a replacement sent to you, the original delivery charge will not be refunded but you will not have to pay a second delivery charge.

Which ever returns category applies to you, please follow the procedure below.

Returns Procedure

Orders or items can be returned via these options:-

  1. Returns via courier collection.  Please contact our customer services department by phone 01706 711711 or by email customerservices@allinone.co.uk to request a refund, part refund or replacement and collection from your home.  A collection charge may be applicable and would be deducted from the refund total.
  2. Returns from our Garden Centre.  Simply take the despatch note (as your receipt) and the product you wish to return or exchange to the Customer Service Reception and tell the sales assistant you bought it on-line.

Please note: We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us.  A refund of the delivery charge will only be given in the instance of incorrect items delivered, damaged or faulty goods only.

None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.  For your rights of cancellation under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations please see our Terms & Conditions.

 
 

PAYMENT SECURITY POLICY

When you make a purchase from the All-In-One Ecommerce web site you can be assured that your card details are securely encrypted during transport over the internet using a fully certified PCI (payment card industry) secure payment gateway utilising SSL 128 bit encryption so no-one can access your card information.               The card details are only transported to a bank to authorise your purchase.  All-In-One do not store any of your card details on our system or on file.                    All card transactions are processed by an industry recognised card verification company called SECPay.

Verified By Visa & Mastercard SecureCode

Allinone.co.uk uses SECPay for secure credit card transactions. The latest development to combat credit card fraud over the internet is to use a 3d secure clearing system. This is effectively like an online PIN for your credit card internet purchases. Please be aware if you have enrolled and registered your credit card previously with either ‘Verified by Visa’ or ‘MasterCard 3d Secure’ you will be asked to provide further security information in the popup windows. Allinone.co.uk recommends that if you have any concerns regarding this information, check with your cards issuing bank where you find out more information regarding 3d secure transactions.

Information we collect and store?

When you order or register for online shopping with us, we need to know your name, home address, telephone number, email address (for online orders) and how you first heard about All-In-One.  (We also store on file any alternate delivery addresses you may wish to provide us so we can send orders to friends and relatives etc).     We also request your telephone number, which allows us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order.  We will communicate with you either by email, phone, or letter as required.  We also store for reference information about your ordering history with us.  This helps you quickly re-order your favourite items etc.

For your security and efficiency we have selected reputable third-party banking institutions to handle our credit card transactions. They receive the information needed to verify and authorise your payment card and to process your order. All such organisations are under strict obligation to keep your personal information private.

How do we use the information?

We may use the information we collect to occasionally notify you of changes to our website, new services and special offers.

Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use and under what circumstances we disclose it.

TECHNICAL ISSUES WITH  OUR SITE

Cookies

The All-In-One Ecommerce site uses “cookies” which are small pieces of information stored on your computer’s hard drive as a text file by your browser.  These allow us to recognise you and to provide features to make your use of the site easier such as site preferences and to link the contents of your electronic shopping cart to yourself.

None of the cookies used by All-In-One carry information such as your log in name or any other personal information and all cookies on the All-In-One site are 1st party cookie’s, which means they are only used by All-In-One Garden Centres web site servers (and no one else!). All-In-One does not use cookies for any browser tracking activities or purposes other than stated.

Blocking 1st party cookies will affect your use of the All-In-One E-commerce site.

If you find that you can not log in to our shop site or that you can't add anything to your basket you are probably blocking 1st party cookies.

Most browsers and/or firewall software allow for the cookie function to be turned off completely or to block only certain types of cookie (i.e. 1 st party or 3 rd party). You also (depending on browser used) sometimes have the ability to add a site to a “Trusted list” allowing cookies to always be used by the listed site or sites.

Popup windows

All-In-One Garden Centre Ltd uses popup windows for certain website content so you can view information conveniently in a separate window without loosing the page that your are currently on (for example when viewing the terms and conditions page when completing a purchase).
If you are using a browser with an integrated popup blocker or a third party popup blocker then you will usually be notified when a popup window was prevented from opening and will be given the option to allow all popups or just popups from the current site.  Blocking popup windows for the All-In-One web site will result in you not being able to view certain information pages.
