ROYAL MAIL 2nd Class
- Orders must be placed before 1pm on 21st December.
ROYAL MAIL 1st Class - Orders must be placed before 1pm on 23rd December.
PARCELFORCE 48 HOUR SERVICE - Orders must be placed before 1pm on 22nd December.

Orders Received After 24th December 2021
All Orders received after 1pm on 24th December 2021 will NOT be processed until 3rd January 2022.

Home Delivery

Our aim is to dispatch orders same day whenever possible.  Most orders received before 11am (Parcelforce) and 1pm (Royal Mail) Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day.
If you have chosen Royal Mail Delivery, orders received after 1pm Monday to Thursday, will be dispatched the next day.
If you have chosen Parcelforce Delivery, orders received after 11am Monday to Thursday, will be dispatched the next day.
Orders received after 11am Friday to Sunday, will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
At All-In-One we want you to receive a delivery method that has reliability and safe handling at its core. To deliver this we have chosen carefully our courier partners, Parcelforce for most standard size parcels and for heavier and bulky items we ship through Parcelforce.   Working together we continually monitor our delivery performance and look to improve wherever we can.
Your satisfaction with our selected partners is of the upmost importance to us and your feedback on how we perform together is always welcome.  You can leave any feedback on a delivery performance by email. Depending on which method your order is shipped with depends on the track and trace monitoring service is available.
The standard delivery service is the next business day after we dispatch your order.  We always aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving it.  Our order dispatch personnel will send a confirmation email to you to inform you that your order is on its way and how you can track your order online.

Order Collection Service 'Click And Collect'

We recognise that in today’s busy schedules, shopping online from home is of great convenience.  Especially for local customers, we can offer the facility to Select & Collect your order yourself from our store.  By selecting the products online, our personnel can get the order ready for you to collect at a time that suits you, saving you time and money.  The standard time to have an order ready is usually in 24 hours.  However, we can often improve on this timescale by request.  If you would like your order sooner than 24 hours please contact us via email or by telephone on 01706 711711 to request an earlier service.  When your order is ready to collect you will receive an email to inform you it is ready.
Our collection department is open 10.00-16:00 Monday-Sunday.    Collections can only be made outside of these hours by special request, please contact us on 01706 711711 or email if you need to make a collection outside these hours.  Which ever you choose, you can select your desired method at the time of placing your order.  It will also be confirmed after the checkout process and on your order confirmation email. The credit card used to pay for your order must be presented when you collect your order.

Handling Fee
The vast majority of our customers choose to have their items delivered to them.  However, customers who are local may choose to collect their order from our store instead.  In some cases a discount of the basket value will be shown if the order is selected to be collected in store.  This is to reflect and pass on the saving to the customer who wishes to collect in store only.  This handling fee is product specific and not always applicable.

Special Delivery Items
We take great care that the goods you order are received in the right condition.  To ensure this, some items we sell have special delivery and handling requirements.  This may be due to their fragility or heavy weight or indeed both.  Due to these handling requirements we offer a special delivery service.  Customers in our local area can have orders with 'Special Delivery' Items delivered direct by our own transport fleet.  See delivery charges matrix below for local postcodes we deliver to.  Customers outside our local area are offered a nationwide service by a specalist logistics carrier.
Customers having orders delivered by this method will be contacted directly to arrange a convenient date and time for your delivery. Due to the specialist nature of this service we require a little more time to arrange delivery of your order. We can usually get your order within 7-10 working days.  However, we can somtimes improve on this service by a special requests for rush delivery.  This can be requested by contacting us on 01706 711711 or by email.  There maybe an additional surcharge for rush 'Special Delivery' requests.

Changes To Or Cancellation Of An Existing Order
If you wish to change or cancel an order, contact Customer Services on 01706 711711 between 10:00 and 14:00 Mon-Sun, or by email.
Please have the order ID number and the date the order was placed to hand.
If your products have already been dispatched, please follow our returns procedure.
